Department of Roga Nidana deals with the understanding of disease process as well diagnosis of disease i.e, it includes etiopathogenesis and clinicopathological study of diseases. Nidana panchaka is the base of diagnosis of diseases. 

Pathology is the precise study and diagnosis of disease. The discipline of Roga nidana finds a parallel in the modern discipline of pathology.

Other Departments

The main objective of  Roga Nidana department  is to provides services for both hospital and college.

The department of Roga Nidana shoulders the responsibility to teach and train the students in the college both theoretically and practically as per the guidelines of RGUHS, Bangalore and NCISM, new Delhi.

Students get hands on training in all laboratory investigations and examination of patients which is required for diagnosis of a disease and treatment.

Roga Nidana  department looks after  the diagnostic sections of the hospital which includes  clinical laboratory , Radiology  and Microbiology, wherein facilities for investigations of blood ,urine, stool, sputum, semen,  X-ray, ECG, USG  are all available for the needy patients.
