Sri Sri Awards 2025
Sri Sri Award for the Ayurveda Vaidya Award has been instituted to recognize and motivate vaidyas and Ayurveda experts to adopt and excel in best practices within the field of Ayurveda. The objectives are to encourage excellence through healthy competition and to honour significant contributions to Ayurveda on a national and international level.
Eligibility
The following are the eligibility requirements for the Best Ayurveda Vaidya Award:
- Significant Contributions: Recognized contributions to the promotion, propagation, teaching, research, development, policy, and planning for Ayurveda at the national and international levels.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the field of Ayurveda.
- Age Requirement: Professionals must be at least 40 years old.
- Educational Qualifications: Possession of a degree in Ayurveda as recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, or the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.
- Previous Awardees: Individuals who have previously received this award are not eligible to be considered again.
